Vintage Leaves Watercolor
This is for my sister who has some health issues that she is struggling with right now.
I cased this card from fellow SU Demo Billie Moan at Rambling Rose Studio. Where Billie lightly stamped the images to be translucent I stamped them with a much heavier hand which caused them to retain their pattern when watercolored. Check out Billie's beautiful card here:

Stampin' Up Winter Memories (Retired); Flirty Flamingo, Whisper White and Basic Black card stock. Northern Flurry Embossing Folder (Retired); Watercolor paper; Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive, Crumb Cake inks Silver Pen; Liquid Pearls in Petal Pink and Cotton Candy Stickles.
One of my most cherished memories is taking the Grands to ice skate at Union Square in San Francisco at Christmas time. My beautiful snow angels had so much fun and provided us with wonderful times and albums full of smiling faces as they glided across the ice.

Indian Summer for National Card Making Day
Photos showing the process of making the background paper with the Stampin' Up Botanical Blooms Stamp Set and matching die set
With an 4" x 5 1/4" piece of card stock, die cut the leaves and flowers that you will be using as a template. With a 12" x 10 1/2" piece of whisper white card stock, randomly stamp the leaf stamps in Archival Black ink leaving room to add some flowers
Using the template, lay it over each element and with sponge daubers move over the leaf cut areas around the edges with Delightful Dijon, then with Always Artichoke towards the middle. Using Marina Mist go around the edges of the flowers, add a dab of Delightful Dijon to the centers.
Continue working around your paper.
Finished piece. Cut finished piece into six 4" x 5 1/4" pieces.
