This card is for the Split Coast Stampers Challenge TLC391 Non-Stamped. The cute little witch is cut out from a piece of 12x12 Graphic 45 paper from their "Happy Haunting" collection. I used a Nestability die for the background and another piece of Graphic 45 black/orange check for the background. Base of card is Stampin' Up Black.
