Watercolor Cards

Whew, I've been down for the count with a nasty viral infection for two weeks and I finally felt well enough to crawl into my craft room and play with some watercolors.  Here are four of the cards that I created:

Flourishes - Forest of Trees

I first painted some Stampin' Up inks in Pacific Point Blue on the background watercolor paper, stamped over the top in Night of Navy and then again in Versamark and embossed with White embossing powder.  Added a SU greeting from Express Yourself, and framed in Pacific Point.

This watercolor uses Stampin' Up blues Island Indigo and Marina Mist, the sun is So Saffron and Pumpkin Pie.  The little sail boat was stamped on whisper white paper in Smoky Slate, cut out and placed on the rolled paper waves.  White acrylic pain was used for the clouds.

Stampin' Up Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard and So Saffron inks used here.  Sizzix Branch w/Leaves and Love die cuts.  The little flowers are ann old EK Success punch.  Basic Jewel Rhinestones add the bling.

Stampin' Up Raspberry Ripple ink spread around the center of the AC Card stock, then toilet tissue was added with some Gesso.  Close To My Heart Feathers stamp was stamped on AC white and cut out and placed on to with SU Dimensionals, the word FLY is from CTMH heart set; Bird Basics.
