Elements of Style

Just Because You Are Seriously Amazing

For this watercolor card I used Stampin' Up Elements of Style, embossed with white embossing powder and watercolor washed with Blackberry Bliss ink.  I used a piece of drywall tape pressed into the wet ink for different element to the card.  Background of the card was embossed in the Cuttlebug Madison embossing folder after rubbing the positive side with the Blackberry Bliss ink pad which kind of gives a lace effect.

Silver sequins and a watercolor paper tag stamped with stamps from Michael's $1 bin (Just Because) and SU August Paper Pumpkin "Seriously Amazing" Kit.

Stampin' Up Pleasant Poppies

Just Because, You're Awesome

I was playing around with glossy paper, white embossing powder and Stampin' Up Real Red and Certainly Celery ink pads.  After using the heat tool on the embossing powder, the paper began to crack and I really rather like the effect.

Papers are Real Red, Whisper White and Basic Black.

Wedding Gift Decorations

Wedding Gift Flowers and Tag

An upcoming Fall Wedding in the colors of Navy and White.  I could not find any curling ribbon in Navy at any of our local stores, so I decided to put the Cricut to work and made some Navy and White flowers for the wedding gift packaging.  I also made a tag with the Stamping Bella "The Couple" stamp and colored it with Copic markers.  I added a few sprays of pearls and a satin ribbon, done.
